“Youth Guide” offers intensive program of 9 days that is designed for youth workers who want to empower both themselves and those they work with. This experience challenges you to step beyond your comfort zone, expand your creativity, and achieve results that may have felt out of reach before. Throughout the program, you’ll explore topics like automatic behaviors, inclusion, cooperation, belonging, and personal roots.

With combination of non-formal, experiential learning and challenging personal development exercises, the program can help you bring your values into everything you do. The depth of value you gain from the program depends on your full commitment, active participation, and openness to a specific approach.

An intense personal development training with individual, and group coaching plus outdoor part. Participants get a chance to become aware of their own habits and patterns that might be limiting them in self-expression and life fulfillment. We focus on leadership as a natural self-expression, and a way for youth and adults to grow personally and professionally. It is based on methodology called ‘ontological phenomenological coaching’. It is very participatory approach and totally learning by doing and non-formal education, backed with science.

Program hours are very demanding and participants who expect to have free time for remote work, going to museums, or clubs might be very disappointed. Also we do not tolerate participants being late for sessions, and after 2-3 times of being late, we may ask them to leave the project. That is to ensure inclusion, and mindful spending of the EU financing which is designed by the rules of Erasmus+ that we provide learning program, ensure participation, and to avoid to the maximum vacation style of projects.

The activities are quite dynamic, fun and with lots of events, and missing out puts the person behind, as well as the team membres they will work with. These programs have been happening more than 300 times in the past 20 years in the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria, Romania, France, Lithuania, Armenia, and other countries.

92% of the participants are satisfied and happy at the end. There are a lot of role plays, theatrical setting, simulations, discussions and sharings, reflections, story-telling, challenge quests, and provocative material that take people out of their comfort zone with the only goal and purpose of learning, developing themselves, and leaving them aware and empowered after the project activities.

We are committed and we do non-formal learning following the Erasmus+ frame and Youth Quality Standards.
